Precise Concrete & Masonry was founded by Dale A. Thompson and his son Dale R. Thompson in February 2008.
Dale A. Thompson the current president of Precise Concrete and Masonry Inc has been associated with the field of construction since 1982. He first started working for Florida mining and materials working his way up to become the lead sales manager in the Orlando market.

Over the years Dale A. the senior achieved many prestigious titles and accolades for his contributions. His dedication and hard work eventually paid off as he joined the Florida concrete and masonry as the vice-president from 1997 until 2008.
